6 Best ways to overcome an asthma attack

Most people who have asthma would not leave their medicine at home. Bringing medicine it’s important for when they are exposed to an asthma attack. But when asthma patients forget or do not have time to take asthma medicine, there are several ways they can do to overcome an asthma attack.

When having asthma, the airways in the lungs become inflamed and obstructed by mucus. It makes breathing difficult. There are many things that can trigger an asthma attack such as air pollution, emotional feelings, or other asthma triggers such as dust, cigarette smoke, and other.

Here are some things you can do to relieve an asthma attack when you can not use inhalers:

1. Sit up straight
When you begin to feel chest tightness, stop doing whatever you’re doing and sit up straight. If the body is curved down or lying down, breathing will be blocked and the asthma will be more severe.

5. Seek help

6. Drink warm drinks
